Built by legendary developer Marvy Finger of The Finger Companies, 500 Crawford sets itself apart with a fantastic location and some of the best amenities on the market. Located directly across the street from Minute Maid Park (literally), the property brings new life to Houston’s up-and-coming Downtown.

What we did

CKO Digital was commissioned to help bring the new property to market during its lease-up phase. With stiff competition Downtown, the website had to stand out — and that meant cutting-edge design, amazing photography and a highly targeted Google Ads campaign. In less than a year, the property leased over 90% of its units and earned a very strong foothold in the Downtown market.
